24 hours a day, 7 days a week, overnight included.
What happens when you call
Someone asks what is going on at home, who needs the help, and when. It is not a sales call and there is no script to sit through. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
If you have already paid the deposit, the call is where we work out the schedule, the caregiver, and anything medical that the website deliberately did not ask for.
Raising a concern
Call the office on 343-998-7591. You have the right to raise a concern or ask for a change without it affecting your care, and that is set out in the Patient Bill of Rights.
